How We Operate
At Nebty, we make it our business to know our customer’s business. Our first step is always to find out what our customer’s needs are.
We talk to our customers about a number of key elements such as their timeframes, scope of the work, urgency, workforce planning and what success looks.
We ask key questions around a role, such as ‘Why the urgency? Is this a new initiative? What is the team dynamic and make up like? Is this the first or fourth time you have filled this role? Why did the last person leave? What is your budget? Is there anything else we need to know?’. This information goes a long way to help understand some of the challenges or history that will ensure we offer the right type of person to deliver a successful outcome.
We discuss your people and team dynamics to understand what you are looking for, or lacking, in terms of fit and diversity, understanding the diversity goals and vision of the organisation.

How We Operate
Because we work closely with our customers to understand their needs first, we pride ourselves on marrying up customers with the right person for the role.
Our service is bespoke, it is not about volume for us. We do not send multiple CV’s for a role to be filled, we usually submit only one CV for the customer to consider.
This is because we have taken the time upfront to understand the customer’s requirements and environment and have then found a resource that we believe to be the right fit for them.
The outcome is right people in the right roles with the right responsibilities driving the right outcomes for the customer.
How We Operate
Nebty provides ongoing support to both our resource and customer. We have a library of tools and templates, through our consulting practice, and Managing Consultants available for coaching/mentoring that we make available to all Nebty resources so that they can work as efficiently as possible in their roles.
We have regular catch ups and touch points with both resources and customers to ensure the smooth running of assignments. If there are any issues, we are personally present and hands on with getting things back on track.
