Alongside our chargeable services, we assist anyone who needs help with finding employment. We also have a strong social conscience and support organisations in the not for profit sector.
How We Operate
Pro Bono
Alongside our chargeable services, we assist anyone who needs help with finding employment. Whether it be gender, race, age, mums returning to the workforce, internationals new to New Zealand, or someone just struggling to get an interview. We provide free of charge CV services, mentoring, interview techniques, and sitting with people to understand their key skillsets and provide direction of where they might best be applied. We use our networks and, if needed, will speak for them in order to get them a foot in the door.
Nebty also provides pro bono consulting and support to those who have found themselves in situations of bullying in their place of work, employment and unfair discipline issues.
How We Operate
Not for Profit
At Nebty we have a strong social conscience and support organisations in the not for profit sector. In particular, Nebty partner and work with Multicultural New Zealand (an NGO umbrella organisation for the ethnic communities of New Zealand) assisting in improving their organisational structure, raising the capability of volunteers and documenting key issues for use in lobbying government or responding formally to government actions.
